大采高褶曲带矿压显现特征研究

摘要 为研究大采高过褶曲时矿压分布特征,以补连塔煤矿12514综采工作面为工程背景,选取工作面自开切眼推进310 m距离发生的来压特征及支架载荷分布情况进行分析,得到以下结论:(1)受褶曲构造和大采高影响,工作面来压步距差异较大,来压较强烈。(2)构造应力场与采动应力场的相互叠加,使得褶曲附近支架阻力大,来压步距短、带压距离长。(3)相比较下坡开采,上坡开采时来压步距长,支架阻力高。(4)来压时支架阻力超过工作阻力占比不足5%,选用的支架适应采场条件。(5)工作面在下坡开采时支架阻力大于上坡开采,大于水平开采,褶曲区域未来压时载荷低于45 MPa,且高载荷占比均小于来压时支架高载荷占比。 In order to study the distribution characteristics of mine pressure during large mining height and overfolding,taking the 12514 fully mechanized coal mining face of the Bulianta coal mine as the engineering background,the pressure characteristics and the distribution of support load at a distance of 310 m from the cutting hole of the working face were selected for analysis,and the following conclusions were obtained:(1)Affected by the fold structure and the large mining height,the step distance of the working face was quite different,and the pressure was stronger.(2)The superposition of the structural stress field and the mining stress field makes the bracket near the fold have a large resistance,short compression step distance and long compression distance.(3)Compared with downhill mining,the uphill mining has a long pressure step distance and high support resistance.(4)When the stent resistance exceeds the working resistance when pressing,the proportion of the stent resistance is less than 5%,and the selected bracket adapts to the stope conditions.(5)When the working face is mined downhill,the resistance of the support is greater than that of the uphill mining,greater than the horizontal mining,and the future load of the folded area is less than 45 MPa,and the proportion of high load is less than the proportion of high load of the support when it is pressurized.
