元宝湾煤矿39102工作面自然发火规律试验研究

摘要 元宝湾煤矿9煤层具有自燃倾向性,39102工作面在回采时常有CO生成。为了保证矿井安全生产,对煤层自然发火规律进行研究,现场测定39102工作面采空区温度和气体浓度的变化规律,由此划分采空区自燃“三带”。结果表明:不燃带<12.7 m、自燃带12.7~66.6 m、窒息带>66.6 m;采空区温度在31℃~37℃,未出现自燃;高温范围、CO和CO_(2)高浓度区均出现在自燃带区域内;采空区预防自燃的工作面最低推进速度为60 m/月。测试结果为制定合理的防灭火技术方案提供科学基础参数,保证工作面安全生产。 The 9th coal seam of Yuanbaowan coal mine has a tendency towards spontaneous combustion,and CO is often generated during the recovery of the 39102 working face.In order to ensure the safety of mine production,research was conducted on the natural combustion law of coal seams,and the changes in temperature and gas concentration in the goaf of the 39102 working face were measured on site,thus dividing the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion in the goaf.The results show that the non combustible zone is<12.7 m,the spontaneous combustion zone is 12.7-66.6 m,and the suffocation zone is>66.6 m.The temperature of the goaf is between 31℃-37℃,and there is no spontaneous combustion.The high temperature range,high concentration areas of CO and CO_(2) all occur within the self ignition zone;The minimum advancing speed for preventing spontaneous combustion in goaf is 60 m/month.The test results provide scientific basic parameters for developing a reasonable fire prevention and extinguishing technology plan,ensuring safe production of the working face.
