提煤立井井塔除尘降温协同治理方法研究

摘要 基于煤矿提煤立井井塔目前存在的粉尘超标、温度超限问题,结合提煤立井井塔粉尘及温度场分布规律研究,提出提煤立井井塔除尘降温协同治理理念,创新提煤立井井塔除尘降温新方法,解决了提煤箕斗粉尘外溢、主电机超温停机等技术难题。 Based on the problems of dust exceeding standard and temperature exceeding limit in coal mine shaft tower,combined with the research on the distribution law of dust and temperature field in coal mine shaft tower,puts forward the concept of coordinated control of dust and temperature reduction in coal mine shaft tower,the new method of dust removal and temperature reduction in the tower of vertical shaft for coal lifting is innovated,and the technical problems such as dust overflow in the skip for coal lifting and over temperature shutdown of the main motor are solved.
