摘要
以不同结构形式的柱窝进行研究,采用了有限元分析方法来模拟其受力和变形情况。为了确保分析结果的准确性和可靠性,利用插值法对有限元分析的结果进行验证,进一步确定了柱窝的最大应力分布和变形情况。并以此为基础对柱窝结构进行优化设计。通过将柱窝凹面与底部加强肋组合起来,构建了数学模型,以进行应力计算和变形分析,对不同结构形式的柱窝进行比较,最终确定了柱窝最优的结构形式。为柱窝结构设计和研究提供了理论依据和借鉴。
The finite element analysis method was used to simulate the stress and deformation of the column socket with different structural forms.In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results,the results of finite element analysis were verified by the interpolation method,and the maximum stress distribution and deformation of the column socket were further determined.On this basis,the design of the column socket structure was optimized.By combining the concave surface of the column socket and the bottom stiffener,a mathematical model was constructed to carry out stress calculation and deformation analysis,and the column socket with different structural forms was compared,and finally the optimal structural form of the column socket was determined.It provides a theoretical basis and reference for the design and research of column socket structure.
