黄陵烛煤显微组分组构及类脂组疏水改性实验研究

摘要 以黄陵烛煤为对象,研究了其显微组分特征及解离规律,通过浮沉实验富集出镜质组(HLV)、惰质组(HLI)和类脂组(HLL)单组分,相关组分的富集密度分别为1.30~1.32 g/cm^(3)、1.36~1.38 g/cm^(3)、<1.26 g/cm^(3)。通过接触角、孔结构分析,对比了3种显微组分的表界面性质差异,结果显示,HLL接触角为128°,孔隙最不发育,疏水性最好;HLI接触角为74°,孔隙最发育,亲水性最好;HLV疏水性介于HLL和HLI之间。通过硅烷偶联剂对黄陵烛煤HLL单组分进行改性,改性后接触角可达158°。改性后的HLL具有相对丰富的芳香结构,脂肪侧链的支化程度降低,含氧官能团减少;研究对于探索烛煤在疏水材料方面的应用具有重要意义。 The maceral features and dissociation law of Huangling cannel coal werestudied,vitrinite(HLV),inertinite(HLI)and liptinite(HLL)were enriched by float and sink experiments,the separation density of HLV was 1.30-1.32 g/cm^(3),the separation density of HLI was 1.36-1.38 g/cm^(3),and the separation density of liptinite was less than 1.26 g/cm^(3),Through the analysis of contact angle and pore structure,the differences in surface and interface properties of the macerals were compared.The results showed that the contact angle of HLL was 128°,the pores were the least developed,and the hydrophobicity was the best.The contact angle of HLI was 74°,with the most developed pores and the best hydrophilicity.The hydrophobicity of HLV is between that of HLL and HLI.The silane coupling agent was used to modify HLL.The contact angle of the modified HLL can reach 158°.It was found that the modified HLL had a relatively rich aromatic structure,the degree of branching of the fat side chain was reduced,the oxygen-containing functional groups were reduced.The research is of great significance for exploring the application of cannel coal in hydrophobic materials.
