摘要
碳纳米管(CNT)膜具有优异的分离性能和导电能力,在废水处理中具有巨大的应用潜力。然而CNT膜的简单高效制备仍是一个挑战。本研究开发了一种湿法纺丝一步成型制备CNT复合导电膜的方法。制备的CNT膜的电导率为111~152 S/m。施加-2.0 V电压后,甲基蓝和橙黄G的去除率分别提高到100%和70.5%,渗透通量分别提高到72.2和83.2 L/(m^(2)·h·bar)。本研究将为高效水处理提供技术支持。
Carbon nanotube(CNT)separation membranes have great potential for application in wastewater treatment attributed to their excellent separation properties and electrical conductivity.However,simple and efficient preparation of CNT hollow fiber composite membranes remains a challenge.In this study,a one-step molding preparation method of CNT hollow fiber composite conductive membranes based on wet-spinning technique was developed.The electrical conductivity of prepared CNT membranes is 111~152 S/m.When a voltage of-2.0 V was applied,the rejection rate of Methyl Blue and Orange Yellow G increased to 100%and 70.5%,and the permeance increased to 72.2 and 83.2 L/(m^(2)·h·bar),respectively,which were 2.1 and 2.3 times higher than those of commercial PVC membranes.This study will provide technical support for efficient water treatment.
