跨铁路钢箱梁顶推施工与自锁式夹轨器的应用

摘要 常州市奔发路工程跨越既有京沪铁路、沪宁城际铁路桥梁为钢箱梁结构,采用顶推法施工。首先介绍了跨铁路钢箱梁的总体布置、结构设计,重点介绍了钢箱梁顶推施工总体方案、施工步骤,并对顶推施工过程中钢箱梁、导梁、支架的强度、变形及稳定性进行了详细计算分析。自锁式液压夹轨器作为顶推反力架及后锚固装置应用于桥梁顶推施工,介绍了液压夹轨器的工作原理、工作步骤及应用情况。 The Changzhou Benfa Road project spans the existing Beijing Shanghai Railway and Shanghai Nanjing Intercity Railway bridges,which are steel box girder structures and are constructed using the top push method.Firstly,the overall layout and structural design of the cross railway steel box girder were introduced,with a focus on the overall plan and construction steps of the steel box girder launching construction.A detailed calculation and analysis were conducted on the strength,deformation,and stability of the steel box girder,guide beam,and support during the launching construction process.The self-locking hydraulic rail clamp is applied as a pushing reaction frame and rear anchoring device in bridge pushing construction.The working principle,steps,and application of the hydraulic rail clamp are introduced.
