绿篱修剪机的刀具设计及其锯切仿真分析

摘要 针对绿篱修剪机的刀具进行结构设计和选材,并基于ANSYS Workbench/LS-DYNA对所设计的刀具即圆盘刀片锯切枝条的过程进行显式动态仿真研究。建立了合理的圆盘刀片锯切枝条系统的几何模型和有限元模型;通过恰当选择材料模型及材料参数,合理控制计算仿真进程,完成了圆盘刀片锯切枝条的仿真研究。仿真结果表明,设计的刀具满足使用要求。 The structure design and material selection of the hedge trimmer's cutter were carried out,and an explicit dynamic simulation study was conducted on the process of sawing branches with the designed cutter based on ANSYS Workbench/LS-DYNA.A reasonable geometric model and finite element model of the disc blade sawing branch system were established.By appropriately selecting the material model and material parameters,and reasonably controlling the calculation simulation process,the simulation research on sawing branches with a disc blade was completed.The simulation results show that the designed tool meets the usage requirements.
