瞬时豆制品废水冲击对SBR影响及应急调控策略

摘要 基于豆制品废水冲击城镇污水处理系统导致出水污染物超标的实际问题,通过单周期瞬时废水冲击试验,探究了豆制品废水不同水质及水量对序批式间歇反应器(SBR)去除污染物效果的影响以及应急调控措施。结果表明,随水质冲击负荷增加,COD去除率先升高再下降,NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN去除率逐渐升高,水质冲击对TP去除效果影响较小。当冲击废水COD为370 mg/L时,出水NH_(4)^(+)-N和TN已不能满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。随冲击水量增加,COD和TN去除率变化与水质冲击保持一致,水量冲击对NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP去除效果影响较小。随水质和水量冲击负荷增加,胞外聚合物(EPS)中蛋白质(PN)和多糖(PS)组分均受影响。调控曝气量可作为应急调控豆制品废水冲击的有效措施,当冲击废水COD为370 mg/L、曝气量为0.9 L/min时,COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN和TP均可实现达标排放,此结果可为应对其他负荷豆制品废水冲击提供参考依据。 Based on the practical problem that excessive effluent pollutants caused by the impact of soybean wastewater on urban sewage treatment system,the effect of soybean wastewater on pollutants removal in sequencing batch reactor(SBR)and emergency control measures were investigated through single cycle instantaneous wastewater impact test.The results showed that with the increase of water quality impact load,COD removal rate increased initially and then de⁃creased,while NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN removal rates increased gradually.The effect of water quality impact on TP removal was relatively small.When COD of the impact wastewater was 370 mg/L,the effluent NH_(4)^(+)-N and TN could not meet the first level class A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).As the water volume impact increased,the changes of COD and TN removal rates remained consistent with the water quality impact,and the effect of water volume impact on NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP removal was relatively small.As the impact of water quality and water volume increased,the protein(PN)and polysaccharide(PS)components in extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)were both affected.Regulating the aeration rate could be used as an effective emergency control measure for the impact of soybean products wastewater.When the COD of the impact wastewater was 370 mg/L and the aeration rate was 0.9 L/min,COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,and TP could all meet the discharge standards.The results could provide reference for coping with the impact of other loaded soybean products wastewater.
