超高层建筑塔冠低碳技术集成设计与减碳潜力分析

Research on Low-carbon Technology Integration Design and Carbon Reduction Potential Analysis of the Tower Crown of Super High-rise Buildings

摘要 超高层建筑的塔冠部分具有影响力大、建筑冷负荷强度高、烟囱效应强、建筑空间紧凑、机电设备运输尺寸受限等特征,开展超高层建筑的塔冠部分节能降碳工作的技术难度高,示范意义大。中海成都超塔项目首次探索塔冠低碳技术研发、实践与集成,基于当地气候特征、建筑特点和用能特性,通过性能化设计方法和经济性分析,开展高性能围护结构、高效机电系统、可再生能源利用等低碳节能技术的专项研究,结合塔冠建筑和气象特征,创造性地实现多种低碳技术在塔冠部分的集成应用。通过建立建筑能耗和碳排放分析模型,对各项技术措施集成后的节能效果和减碳潜力进行优化和定量分析,确定最优节能减碳技术方案,与基准建筑相比,优化后建筑全年碳排放量减少50%以上。本文通过研究和分析多项低碳技术实现在超高层建筑塔冠实践项目上的集成设计应用,可为国内其他类似项目的实施提供技术参考。 The tower crown of super high-rise buildings features great influence,high building cooling load intensity,strong chimney effect,compact functional space,and limited transportation size of mechanical and electrical equipment.It is technically difficulty to carry out the energy-conservation and carbon-reduction work,but with remarkable demonstration significance.Based on the local climate,building characteristics and energy consumption characteristics,the R&D,practice and integration of low-carbon technologies were explored in the tower crown of China Overseas Chengdu Super Tower Project for the first time.The crown adopts performance-based design methods and economic analysis,study were made on low-carbon and energy-saving technologies such as high-performance enclosure structure,high-efficiency electromechanical system,and renewable energy utilization,and the integrated application of a variety of low-carbon technologies in the crown part of the tower was creatively realized based on crown architecture and local climate.By establishing an analysis model of building energy consumption and carbon emissions,this paper optimized and quantitatively analyzed the energy saving and carbon reduction potential of various integrated technical measures to identify the premium technical solution.The building energy saving rate and carbon dioxide reducing ratio of the project are 50%higher than that of the benchmark building.Through research and analysis,this paper realized the integrated design and application of low-carbon technologies in the project of tower crown of super high-rise buildings,offering technical reference for other similar projects in China.
