日间神经免疫治疗病床模式在神经系统自身免疫性疾病患者中的应用

Application of daytime neuroimmunotherapy bed model in patients with autoimmune diseases of the nervous system

摘要 目的探讨日间神经免疫治疗病床模式在神经系统自身免疫性疾病患者中的应用效果。方法采用类实验研究方法,以日间神经免疫治疗病床模式实施时间为分割点,将2020年11月1日至2022年10月31日浙江大学医学院附属第二医院收治的96例患者作为对照组,采用常规管理流程;将2022年11月1日至2023年10月31日收治的64例患者作为试验组,实施优化的日间神经免疫治疗病床模式,比较2组候床时间、住院时长、入院到开始用药时间、用药不良反应发生率、复诊及时率及患者满意度。结果对照组男27例,女69例,年龄(39.5±1.4)岁;试验组男20例,女44例,年龄(39.9±1.4)岁。试验组候床时间、入院到开始用药时长、住院时长、用药不良反应发生率、复诊及时率、患者满意度分别为(24.3±10.6)h、(4.5±1.4)h、(18.9±17.2)h、4.7%(3/64)、96.9%(62/64)、(99.50±1.14)分,对照组分别为(105.3±35.2)h、(36.1±18.7)h、(78.3±63.8)h、14.6%(14/96)、82.3%(79/96)、(95.74±2.39)分,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(t值为2.41~21.17,χ^(2)=7.80、3.96,均P<0.05)。结论优化的日间神经免疫治疗病床模式,可有效缩短患者的候床时间、入院到开始用药时间、住院时长,降低用药不良反应发生率,提高复诊及时率和患者满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of the daytime neuroimmunotherapy bed model in patients with autoimmune diseases of the nervous system.Methods The quasi-experiment research method was adopted,with the implementation time of the new procedure as the dividing point,96 patients from November 1,2020 to October 31,2022 were selected as the control group,and routine management procedures was adopted.64 patients from November 1,2022 to October 31,2023 were selected as the experimental group,and the optimized management process was applied,the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were 69 females and 27 males with(39.5±1.4)years old in the control group,44 females and 20 males with(39.9±1.4)years old in the experimental group.Waiting time for bed,admission time to start medication,length of hospital stay,incidence of adverse drug reactions,timely follow-up rate and patient satisfaction in the experimental group were(24.3±10.6)h,(4.5±1.4)h,(18.9±17.2)h,4.7%(3/64),96.9%(62/64)and(99.50±1.14)points,while the control group were(105.3±35.2)h,(36.1±18.7)h,(78.3±63.8)h,14.6%(14/96),82.3%(79/96)and(95.74±2.39)points,there were statistical significance between the two groups(t=2.41-21.17,χ^(2)=7.80,3.96,all P<0.05).Conclusions The optimized daytime neuroimmunotherapy bed model can effectively shorten the patients′bed waiting time,admission time to start medication,and length of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and improve the timely follow-up rate and patient satisfaction.
