和平、合作、共命运:中国与东盟地区安全的战略共识——“香山论坛”第二届中国—东盟防务智库论坛会议综述

Peace, Cooperation and Shared Future: Strategic Consensus on Regional Security Between China and ASEAN—A Summary of the 2nd China-ASEAN Defense Think Tank Forum of the Xiangshan Forum

由军事科学院主办、暨南大学协办,以“和平、合作、共命运”为主题的第二届中国—东盟防务智库交流于2024年6月24-26日在广州举办。来自中国、东南亚国家的70余名防务政策官员和智库学者出席论坛,围绕“相向而行:为发展繁荣营造和平环境”主议题和“东盟中心地位与地区安全”“深化防务安全合作:防务智库的作用”“推进东南亚地区安全治理”“构建可持续安全:军队的贡献”等分议题展开研讨,共同探索推动中国—东盟防务安全合作、增进区域国家理解互信、助力中国—东盟命运共同体建设的具体路径。

The 2nd China-ASEAN Defense Think Tank Exchange,hosted by the Academy of Military Science and co-organized by Jinan University,was held in Guangzhou from 24 to 26 June 2024 under the theme of“Peace,Cooperation and Common Destiny”.More than 70 defense policy officials and think tank scholars from China and Southeast Asian countries attended the forum to discuss the main topics of“Moving in the Direction:Creating a Peaceful Environment for Development and Prosperity”,as well as sub-topics such as“ASEAN's Central Role and Regional Security”,“Deepening Defense and Security Cooperation:The Role of Defense Think Tanks”,“Promoting Security Governance in Southeast Asia”,and“Building Sustainable Security:The Contribution of the Military”.Together,they explored concrete ways to advance China-ASEAN defense and security cooperation,enhance mutual understanding and trust among regional countries,and contribute to build a China-ASEAN community with a shared future.
