全球安全倡议对当今世界的传统安全和非传统安全治理都产生了显著的思想启示和指导意义,而中泰非传统安全合作则为践行和落实全球安全倡议提供了颇具代表性的例证。中泰关系友好,拥有相似的安全合作理念,在应对非传统安全挑战方面利益契合点多,因此两国在维护金融安全、打击跨国犯罪、解决公共卫生问题、应对气候变化和自然灾害等领域开展了广泛的双多边合作,成果丰硕,但非传统安全挑战具有不确定性、突发性等特点,加之大国博弈的复杂影响,中泰非传统安全合作也面临部分合作的周期不规律、机制化程度不高、智力支撑不足等问题。中泰非传统安全合作提升两国安全与互信,助力双方合作与发展,为中国与更多国家提升非传统安全合作起到示范作用,有助于地区和全球的安全和发展。

There is a two-way relationship between the Global Security Initiative and China-Thailand non-traditional security cooperation:the former(including the security concept it contains)guides the latter,and the latter is significant to the implementation of the former.China and Thailand have friendly relations,share similar security cooperation concepts,and have many common interests in responding to non-traditional security challenges.So,two countries have carried out extensive bilateral and multilateral cooperation in areas such as maintaining financial security,combating transnational crime,resolving public health problems,and responding to climate change and natural disasters.The China-Thailand non-traditional security cooperation has yielded fruitful results,but it also has shortcomings and challenges.The China-Thailand non-traditional security cooperation has enhanced two countries'security and mutual trust and boosted bilateral cooperation and two countries'development.The China-Thailand non-traditional security cooperation has type significance and provides an example for non-traditional security between China and more countries,helps implement Global Security Initiative,and promotes regional and global security and development.
