钛植入物表面氮化铪涂层的制备及抗菌性能研究

摘要 目的构建钛植入物表面氮化铪涂层,并探索其抗菌性能。方法采用磁控电流体动力学打印装置在钛植入物表面分别制备不同厚度及不同成分比的氮化铪涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜对涂层表面形貌进行观察。通过平板菌落计数、结晶紫染色法、扫描电镜、活/死细菌染色等方法来评价不同涂层材料的抗菌性能。结果实验组氮化铪涂层、对照组钛基片与金黄色葡萄球菌共培养,平板计数、菌液浊度、生物膜检测及表面涂层黏附细菌量结果都表明样品2(厚度为50 nm,N_(2)流量为2.5 sccm)具有最优的抗菌性能;电子显微镜和激光共聚焦结果表明,涂层可能是通过抑制细菌生长而不是杀死细菌来发挥抑菌作用。结论在钛植入物表面构建氮化铪涂层,能有效减少金黄色葡萄球菌在植入物表面的黏附,起到良好的抑菌效果。
