摘要
润滑油加氢装置新氢压缩机一级缸有异响,一级排气温度高故障,拆一级缸检修发现活塞环和支撑环出现大量磨损,通过对产品质量、安装数据分析、注油器注油量,入口过滤器破损程度,冷却水温度等可能造成活塞环和支撑环磨损的因素进行分析,最终发现导致此次一级缸活塞环和支撑环磨损过快的主要原因是压缩机一级缸缸套粗糙度过大造成。
The first stage cylinder of the new hydrogen compressor in the lubricating oil hydrogenation unit has abnormal noise and a high exhaust temperature fault.After dismantling the first stage cylinder for maintenance,it was found that there was a large amount of wear on the piston ring and support ring.Through analysis of product quality,installation data,oil injection amount of the oil injector,degree of damage to the inlet filter,cooling water temperature,and other factors that may cause wear on the piston ring and support ring,it was ultimately found that the main reason for the rapid wear on the first stage cylinder piston ring and support ring was due to the rough and oversized cylinder liner of the compressor’s first stage cylinder.
