摘要
石油化工仪表在石油化工行业企业的生产经营中发挥着重要的作用。基于新时期石油化工行业的发展背景,以石油化工仪表为主要研究对象,着重从仪表自动控制的角度,结合模糊控制算法(PID)一种由比例单元(P),积分单元(I),微分单元(D)构成的控制算法的自动控制原理,在明确石油化工仪表自动控制要求的基础上,分析石油化工仪表自动控制系统的设计方法,希望能够为提升石油化工仪表自动控制的效果,促进石油化工行业企业发展提供借鉴的思路和经验。
Petrochemical instruments play an important role in the production and operation of petrochemical enterprises.Based on the development background of petrochemical industry in the new period,this paper takes petrochemical instruments as the main research object,focusing on the automatic control of instruments,combining the automatic control principle of fuzzy control algorithm(PID,a control algorithm composed of proportional unit(P),integral unit(I)and differential unit(D)),and analyzing the design method of automatic control system of petrochemical instruments on the basis of clarifying the automatic control requirements of petrochemical instruments,hoping to improve petrochemical instruments.
