摘要
为了明确控水对结果期樱桃番茄产量和品质的影响,以樱桃番茄品种红风铃为试验材料,用土壤水分速测仪测定土壤容积含水量,对不同土壤容积含水量指标下樱桃番茄品质、产量及水分利用率进行研究。结果表明:随着土壤容积含水量降低,樱桃番茄的果实可溶性固形物、可溶性糖和番茄红素含量明显提高,水分利用率也明显提高;单果重和产量随土壤容积含水量降低呈现先增加后降低的趋势。综合各项指标,樱桃番茄结果期最佳土壤容积含水量以25%最适。
In order to clarify the effect of water control on the yield and quality of Solanum lycopersicum var.cerasiforme during the fruiting period,the Solanum lycopersicum var.cerasiforme variety Hongfengling was used as the experimental material,the soil volumetric moisture content was measured by using a soil moisture meter,and the quality,yield and water utilization rate of Solanum lycopersicum var.cerasiforme under different soil volumetric moisture content indicators were studied.The results showed that as the soil volumetric moisture content decreased,the soluble solids,soluble sugars and lycopene content of Solanum lycopersicum var.cerasiforme fruits increased significantly,and the water utilization rate also increased significantly.The single fruit weight and yield showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the decrease of soil volumetric moisture content.Based on various indicators,the optimal soil volumetric moisture content for Solanum lycopersicum var.cerasiforme fruiting period was 25%.
