课程思政融入农林类专业人才培养策略

摘要 在农林类人才培养过程中,存在传统教学过程弱化与社会服务的衔接问题。课程思政旨在通过将思政教育融入专业课程教学过程中,从而实现育人与育才的教育目的。基于此,从职业规划课程、专业课程学习、教产研三元融合、整合育人资源、发挥班主任和辅导员在思政教育中的引领作用等方面提出课程思政融入农林类专业人才培养策略,以期为提高农林类专业学生素质提供参考。 In the process of cultivating agricultural and forestry talents,there is a problem of weakening the connection between traditional teaching processes and social services.The curriculum ideology and politics aims to integrate ideological and political education into the teaching process of professional curriculums,thereby achieving the educational goals of educating and nurturing talents.Based on this,suggestions were proposed for integrating curriculum ideology and politics into the training process of agricultural and forestry professionals,including career planning curriculums,professional curriculum learning,integration of education,industry and research,integration of educational resources,and leveraging the leading role of class teachers and counselors in ideological and political education,in order to provide references for improving the quality of agricultural and forestry students.
