祛瘀复元方内服联合中药热熨在腰椎管狭窄症术后患者中的应用

Application of Quyu Fuyuan Formula Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot Pressing in Postoperative Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的探讨祛瘀复元方内服联合中药热熨治疗腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)术后患者的效果。方法纳入2021年5月至2022年10月河南科技大学第二附属医院收治的60例LSS患者,以随机数表法分为对照组(30例,内服祛瘀复元方治疗)和观察组(30例,内服祛瘀复元方+中药热熨治疗),均持续治疗3个月。比较两组治疗3个月时临床疗效、疼痛程度及治疗前、治疗3个月时日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论祛瘀复元方内服联合中药热熨对LSS术后患者临床疗效较好,可缓解患者疼痛程度,改善其腰椎功能,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Quyu Fuyuan Formula combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing in the treatment of postoperative patients with lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS).Methods Sixty LSS patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2021 to October 2022 were included.The patients were divided into control group(30 cases,Quyu Fuyuan Formula)and observation group(30 cases,Quyu Fuyuan Formula+traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing)by random number table method,and the treatment lasted for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA),and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain level in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the JOA score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Quyu Fuyuan Formula and traditional Chinese medicine hot pressing has a good clinical effect on postoperative patients with LSS,which can alleviate the degree of pain,improve lumbar function,and do not increase adverse reactions.
