二陈汤加味治疗儿童肥胖症的效果

Effect of Modified Erchen Decoction on Childhood Obesity

目的探讨二陈汤加味用于儿童肥胖症的疗效。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月至2023年6月驻马店市中医院收治的104例儿童肥胖症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(接受规律性有氧运动干预,52例)与研究组(在对照组基础上接受二陈汤加味治疗,52例),治疗2个月,比较两组疗效、体重指数与腰围、内生化指标、内皮功能指标。结果和对照组比较,研究组总有效率更高(P<0.05)。和治疗前比较,治疗1、2个月后两组体重指数、腰围均降低,且研究组更低(P<0.05)。和治疗前比较,治疗2个月后两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、瘦素均降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高;且和对照组比较,研究组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹胰岛素、瘦素更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇更高(P<0.05)。和治疗前比较,治疗2个月后两组一氧化氮、内皮依赖性血管舒张功能升高,内皮素降低;且和对照组比较,研究组一氧化氮、内皮依赖性血管舒张功能更高,内皮素更低(P<0.05)。结论二陈汤加味用于儿童肥胖症具有较好疗效,可有效降低患者体重指数与腰围,改善内生化指标和内皮功能。

Objective To explore the curative effect of modified Erchen Decoction on childhood obesity.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 104 children with obesity admitted to Zhumadian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group(52 cases received regular aerobic exercise intervention)and a study group(52 cases received modified Erchen Tang treatment on the basis of the control group)using a random number table method.The treatment lasted for 2 months,and the efficacy,body mass index and waist circumference,internal biochemical indicators,and endothelial function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the body mass index and waist circumference of both groups decreased after 1 and 2 months of treatment,and the study group had even lower values(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 2 months of treatment,both groups showed a decrease in total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting insulin and leptin,while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had lower levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting insulin,leptin,and higher level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 2 months of treatment,nitric oxide and endothelial dependent vasodilation function of both groups increased,and endothelin decreased.Compared with the control group,the study group had higher level of nitric oxide and endothelial dependent vasodilation,and lower levels of endothelin(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Erchen Decoction has a good curative effect on childhood obesity,which can effectively reduce the body mass index and waist circumference of patients and improve endogenous biochemical indexes and endothelial function.
