摘要
为研究深基坑支护工程用复杂胶粘剂,以环氧树脂85、环氧树脂80、环氧树脂60、异佛尔酮二胺、聚氧丙烯二胺等为原料,制备深基坑支护工程用复杂胶粘剂A、B组分,将胶粘剂组成成分、室温剪切强度分别作为输入、输出参数,量化任一原料配比的深基坑支护工程用复杂胶粘剂室温剪切强度,分析配方组成成分以及固化剂投入比对深基坑支护工程用复杂胶粘剂室温剪切强度的影响。研究结果表明,深基坑支护工程用复杂胶粘剂室温剪切强度量化值与实际值之间相对偏差较小,室温剪切强度对配方组成成分的敏感程度较强,随着固化剂投入比增大,剪切强度降低。
In order to study the complex adhesive used in deep foundation pit support engineering,epoxy resin 85,epoxy resin 80,epoxy resin 60,isophorone diamine,polyoxypropylene diamine,etc.were used as raw materials to prepare complex adhesive A and B components for deep foundation pit support engineering,and the adhesive composition and room temperature shear strength were used as input and output parameters respectively to quantify the room temperature shear strength of the complex adhesive for deep foundation pit support engineering with any raw material ratio.The effects of formula composition and curing agent input on the shear strength of complex adhesives used in deep foundation pit support engineering at room temperature were analyzed.The research results indicated that the relative deviation between the quantified values of the room temperature shear strength of complex adhesives used in deep foundation pit support engineering and the actual values was small.The sensitivity of the room temperature shear strength to the composition of the formula was strong.As the ratio of curing agents increased,the shear strength decreased.
