摘要
针对在湿度和温度变化大的环境中,胶粘剂的粘接效果不理想问题。制备一种环保性较高且适合建筑领域的胶粘剂。将聚乙烯醇作为基础材料,与不同种类橡胶胶乳(丁腈胶乳、苯丙胶乳、丁苯胶乳)分别混合制备异氰酸酯胶粘剂,涂覆在3层实木复合地板之间制备试验样品,通过试验分析交联剂用量、选择的橡胶胶乳及其用量、反应温度、热压时间、地板含水量对异氰酸酯胶粘剂粘接性能影响。试验结果显示,选取交联剂用量为21%,将用量为24%的丁苯胶乳作为该胶粘剂的橡胶胶乳,反应温度为100℃,热压时间为14 min,地板含水量不超过50%的异氰酸酯胶粘剂粘接强度越高,剥离力越低,具有较好粘接性能。
Due to the problem of unsatisfactory adhesive bonding effect in an environment with large humidity and temperature changes,a kind of adhesive with high environmental protection and suitable for construction field was prepared.Polyvinyl alcohol was used as the base material,mixed with different kinds of rubber latex(nitrile latex,styrene acrylic latex,styrene butadiene latex)to prepare isocyanate adhesive,and coated between three layers of solid wood composite flooring to prepare test samples.The effects of the amount of crosslinking agent,the selected rubber latex and its amount,reaction temperature,hot pressing time and water content of the floor on the bonding properties of isocyanate adhesive were analyzed.The test results showed that when 21%of the crosslinking agent was selected,24%of the styrene butadiene latex was used as the rubber latex of the adhesive,the reaction temperature was 100℃,the hot pressing time was 14 min,and the water content was not more than 50%,the higher the bonding strength,the lower the peeling force,and the better the bonding performance.
