纤维复材浆料流变性能分析及矿混匀质量应用研究

摘要 为了提高混匀料场混匀矿质量,制备了高性能碳纤维增强复合材料,考察了SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)比值对碳纤维增强复合材料浆料流变性能、密度和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,碳纤维增强复合材料浆料的黏度从大至小的SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)比值顺序为:1∶5、1∶2、1∶1、2∶1、5∶1。碳纤维增强复合材料浆料的黏度会随着SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)比值减小而增大。随着SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)比例从5∶1减小至1∶5,碳纤维增强复合材料的密度从2.62 g/cm^(3)减小至2.06 g/cm^(3)。当SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)比例从5∶1减小至1∶5时,由于细颗粒SiC含量增加,碳纤维增强复合材料浆料素坯和原浆料体积百分比呈现增加的趋势。适宜的SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)比值为1∶1,此时浆料具有较好的流变性能和较高的密度。 In order to improve the quality of mixed ore in the mixing yard,high-performance carbon fiber reinforced composite materials were prepared.The influence of the ratio of SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)on the rheological properties,density,and fracture morphology of carbon fiber reinforced composite material slurry was investigated.The results showed that the viscosity of carbon fiber reinforced composite slurry was in the order of 1∶5,1∶2,1∶1,2∶1,5∶1,and 5∶1.The viscosity of carbon fiber reinforced composite slurry increased with the decrease of the SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)ratio.As the SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)ratio decreased from 5∶1 to 1∶5,the density of carbon fiber reinforced composites decreased from 2.62 g/cm^(3)to 2.06 g/cm^(3).When the ratio of SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)decreased from 5∶1 to 1∶5,the volume percentage of carbon fiber reinforced composite slurry and raw slurry increased due to the increase of fine-grained SiC content.The suitable ratio of SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)is 1:1,and the slurry has good rheological properties and high density.The suitable ratio of SiC_(240)∶SiC_(1200)was 1∶1,and the slurry had good rheological properties and high density.
