摘要
在湖北省的3个高速公路软土地基处理项目中,采用自主研发的双向搅拌粉喷桩智能化施工控制系统,进行了现场试验。结果表明,智能化双向搅拌粉喷桩的芯样整体完整性较好,在特定土层深度内依然能保持良好的完整性。智能化施工控制系统显著改善了水泥土的拌和均匀性,增强了桩身质量的一致性,并且桩身强度的分布在5%显著性水平下近似符合正态或对数正态分布。单桩和复合地基承载力特征值均达到设计要求。
In three highway soft ground improvement projects in Hubei Province,field tests were carried out using a self-developed intelligent control system for bidirectional deep mixing columns.The results showed that the overall integrity of the core sample of the intelligent two-way stirring powder spraying pile was good,and it could still maintain good integrity in a specific soil depth.The intelligent control system significantly improved the uniformity of the cement-soil mixing,enhanced the consistency of the pile quality,and the strength distribution of the piles approximated a normal or log-normal distribution at a 5%significance level.The characteristic values of the bearing capacity of the single pile and the composite foundation meet the design requirements.
