新时代医学生人文教育的思考与探索

摘要 随着我国社会的快速发展,人民生活水平持续提升,人们对医疗服务的要求越来越高,医务人员不仅要有丰富的医学知识和优良的技术水平,更要有广博的人文情怀和关怀能力,这对医学教育提出了更高的目标。聚焦新时代“健康中国”行动,政府将人民的健康置于发展战略首要位置,为医学教育改革指明了方向。文章从医学的学科属性入手,强调医学人文教育的重要意义,寻求医学人文教育的实施路径,通过课堂教学储备医学人文知识,强化校园文化及教学医院文化的特色建设,促进课堂教学、学校、医院特色文化及临床实践形成稳定合力,扎实做好医学人文教育,培养具备良好医德和医术的高质量医学人才。 With the rapid development of our society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people's demand for health service is getting higher and higher.They hope that medical staff should not only have rich medical knowledge and excellent technical level,but also have broad humanistic feelings and caring ability.This puts forward higher goals for medical education.Focusing on the Healthy China Action in the new era,our government has placed ensuring the health of the people at the top of its development strategy.It pointed out the direction and providing guidelines for medical education reform.This paper considers the significance of medical humanities education and explores the path of its implementation.To preserve the humanistic knowledge of medicine through classroom instruction,enhance the development of campus and teaching hospital culture,should foster a cohesive synergy among classroom teaching,school culture,hospital environment,and clinical practice so as to do a good job in medical humanities education and cultivate high-quality medical talents with good medical ethics and skills.
