劳动教育与思政教育协同育人实践探究

Practice and exploration of collaborative education in labor education and ideological and political education

针对思政教育重理论轻实践、劳动教育有活动无育人、育人载体单一、普教与职教资源不对接等痛点难点问题,高职院校应以“培育劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神”为基本遵循,通过系统整合,在人才培养方案、课程体系、资源建设、学习评价等方面进行教学探索,积极构建“劳动教育与思政教育协同育人”教学模式,以期形成立德树人、德技并修的“大思政课”育人格局,即互联互通互融的“大平台”育人机制,共商共建共享的“大课堂”育人载体,同向同行同创的“一体化”育人实践。

In response to the pain points and difficulties such as the emphasis on theory over practice in ideological and political education,the lack of educational outcomes in labor education,the singularity of educational carriers,and the disconnection of resources between general education and vocational education,higher vocational colleges should adhere to the basic principle of“cultivating the spirit of model workers,the spirit of labor,and the spirit of craftsmanship”.Through systematic integration,we should explore teaching in talent training programs,curriculum systems,resource construction,learning evaluation,and other aspects.We actively construct the teaching model of“Collaborative Education in Labor Education and Ideological and Political Education”in the hope of forming the educational pattern of the“Great Ideological and Political Curriculum”that cultivates morality and combines morality and skill:that is,to build an interconnected and integrated“large platform”for education,a“large classroom”for education that is jointly discussed,built,and shared,and a“unified”educational practice that moves in the same direction and creates together.
