基于“一气周流”探析运脾止泻推拿手法论治小儿泄泻

Based on the"One Qi Circulation"to Explore the Spleen-activating and Diarrhea-stopping Massage Techniques to Treat Diarrhea in Children

阐述小儿泄泻的发病机制及“一气周流”的理论认识,认为“中虚”致气机升降失调、营卫不和,引起大肠传导失常是本病发生的根本。本文从“一气周流”的理论出发,临床上以调中气营卫、复升降斡旋,运脾复阳、调畅经络,恢复气机周流为核心,采用运脾止泻推拿手法治疗小儿泄泻覆杯而愈。举案一隅以佐证,以飨同道。

The pathogenesis of diarrhea in children and the theoretical understanding of "One Qi Circulation" are expounded. It is believed that "Zhongxu" leads to disorder of qi movement and disharmony between Ying and Wei, which causes abnormal conduction of the large intestine and is the root cause of this disease. Starting from the theory of "One Qi Circulation", this article takes regulating the qi movement of the middle qi, Ying and Wei, restoring the ascending and descending mediation, moving the spleen and restoring yang, regulating the meridians, and restoring the circulation of qi as the core in clinical practice. The spleen-moving and diarrhea-stopping massage techniques are used to treat diarrhea in children, and the child is cured by covering the cup. A case is cited as an example to share with colleagues.
