中国纺织业跨境电商集聚及其对区域经济增长的影响分析

Analysis of Cross-border E-commerce Agglomeration in China'sTextile Industry and its Impact on Regional Economic Growth

跨境电商已成为产业升级、地区发展的重要路径。采用空间基尼系数和区位熵指数,测度2012—2021年全国31省/市的纺织业跨境电商集聚水平,探索其对区域经济增长的影响效应。结果表明:在考察期内纺织业跨境电商产业集聚现象突出,但集聚程度呈现下降趋势;分地区看,江苏、浙江、河北、湖北4省的集聚度高且增速较快,产业竞争优势较大,山东省集聚度也较为明显但逐渐丧失产业竞争优势;从影响效应看,纺织业跨境电商集聚能够促进区域经济增长。作为新型贸易方式的跨境电商集聚发展对区域经济增长的促进作用已经较为明显,对区域产业发展政策的制定有借鉴意义。

Cross-border e-commerce has become an important path for industrial upgrading and regional development.The spatial Gini coefficient and location entropy index are used to measure the level of cross-border e-commerce agglomeration of the textile industry in 31 provinces/cities across China from 2012 to 2021,and its influence effect on regional economic growth is explored.The results show that the phenomenon of cross-border e-commerce industrial agglomeration in the textile industry is prominent during the examination period,but the degree of agglomeration is gradually declining.In terms of subregions,the agglomeration degree in Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Hebei,and Hubei provinces is high and the growth rate is fast,indicating a large competitive advantage for the industry,while Shandong province also has a relatively obvious agglomeration but gradually loses its industrial competitive advantage.In terms of the impact effect,the cross-border e-commerce agglomeration of the textile industry promotes regional economic growth.As a new trade mode,the development of cross-border e-commerce agglomeration has a significant promoting effect on regional economic growth,which has reference significance for the formulation of regional industrial development policies.
