基于BIM技术的盾构隧道参数化建模研究和应用

摘要 为解决盾构隧道复杂工程项目三维建模效率低问题,提出一种基于BIM技术的参数化建模方法和相关技术路径,利用Revit软件和Dynamo可视化编程功能构建盾构隧道三维模型,优化其建模步骤,并以武汉轨道交通12号线(江北段)黄海路站—复兴路站区间工程为例进行了研究。研究结果表明:1)基于BIM技术和参数化建模路径可以建立模型构件尺寸的函数关系,提高建模效率;2)采用Revit软件和Dynamo构建盾构隧道三维模型,不仅精度较高,而且还可用于项目三维可视化和后续数值模拟分析。通过以上方法和技术路径,实现了盾构隧道的参数化建模和工程应用,可为类似盾构工程提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of low 3D modeling efficiency of complex shield tunnel projects,a parameterized modeling method and related technical path was proposed based on BIM technology in this paper.The 3D model of shield tunnel was built by Revit software and Dynamo visual programming function to optimize the modeling steps.The project of Huanghai Road station-Fuxing Road station of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 12(Jiangbei Section)is taken as an example to make research.The results show that:1)The functional relationship of model component size can be established to improve modeling efficiency based on BIM technology and parametric modeling path;2)The 3D model of shield tunnel established by Revit software and Dynamo has high precision and be appliable for 3D visualization and subsequent numerical simulation of the projects.Through the above methods and technical paths,the parametric modeling and engineering application of shield tunnel are realized,which can provide reference for similar shield engineering modeling and related applications.
