摘要
随着现代科技水平的提高及当代医学对新型药物需求量的增长,介孔二氧化硅材料作为药物的载体应运而生,作为研究时间最长、技术最成熟的介孔材料,介孔二氧化硅为介孔材料这一领域的设计提供了理论与实践的支持。纳米颗粒具有表面易修饰、生物相容性良好、较高的载药量、孔径可调等优点,已成为当代惹人注目的一种药物载体。但是,目前介孔二氧化硅材料的市场供应量较小,制备方法也有待进一步优化,如何使其规模化生产也成为当前研究的热点。口腔医学是医学领域中的一个重要分支,涉及口腔疾病的预防、诊断、治疗和康复。随着人们健康意识和医疗技术水平的不断提高,口腔医学行业得到了快速发展,口腔新材料及新技术亦不断推陈出新,基于近年来介孔二氧化硅作为药物传递系统用于治疗牙周炎、癌症、牙本质过敏症及龋齿方面的显著疗效,本文就介孔二氧化硅在口腔疾病中的应用作一综述。
With the improvement of modern technology and the increasing demand for new drugs in contemporary medicine,mesoporous silica materials have emerged as carriers of drugs.As the longest time studied and most technologically mature mesoporous material,mesoporous silica provides theoretical and practical support for the design of mesoporous materials in this field.Nanoparticles have the advantages of easy surface modification,good biocompatibility,high drug loading capacity,and adjustable pore size,and have become a noteworthy drug carrier in contemporary times.However,the current market supply of mesoporous silica materials is relatively small,and the preparation methods also need to be further optimized.How to scale up their production has become a hot research topic.Stomatology is an important branch of medicine,involving the prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and rehabilitation of oral diseases.With the continuous improvement of people's health awareness and medical technology level,the dental industry has developed rapidly,and new materials and technologies in dentistry have also been constantly introduced.Based on the significant therapeutic effects of mesoporous silica as a drug delivery system in the treatment of periodontitis,cancer,dentin hypersensitivity,and dental caries in recent years,this article reviews the application of mesoporous silica in oral diseases.
