以反相法制备水乳剂,通过试验,确定了15%多杀菌素·三氟甲吡醚水乳剂的优选配方:多杀菌素5%,三氟甲吡醚10%,二甲基癸酰胺10%,三甲苯10%,D800 3%,7207-F 3%,丙二醇5%,消泡剂SAG630 0.1%,水余量。该配方制备的水乳剂对不同批次的原药适应性好、粒径小、表面张力低,在甘蓝叶片上有良好的铺展性,防效优于市面推广的10%三氟甲吡醚乳油,是一个优良的农药水乳剂产品,具有较高的市场推广价值和应用前景。

The emulsion in water was prepared by reverse phase method.Through experiments,the optimal formula of spinosad·pyridalyl 15%emulsion in water was determined:5%spinosad,10%pyridalyl,10%dimethyl decanamide,10%trimethylbenzene,3%D800,3%7207-F,5%propylene glycol,0.1%defoamer SAG630,and water is added to make up the balance.The emulsion in water prepared by this formula has good adaptability to different batches of active ingredients,small particle size,low surface tension,and good spreadability on cabbage leaves.Its control effect is better than that of pyridalyl 10%EC promoted on the market.It is an excellent pesticide emulsion in water product and has high market promotion value and application prospects.
