摘要
在“双碳”政策下,掌握县域碳排放的时空格局以及空间关联网络特征,对推进碳减排、低碳转型以及对地方制定调控政策具有重要意义.以往学者们的研究集中于国家或省域等尺度,对小尺度的研究存在一定的空白,因此本文选取吉林省县域,并基于NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光数据,估算得出2013—2022年吉林省60个县域的碳排放量,运用社会网络分析法探究县域碳排放的时空演变和空间关联网络特征.结果表明:①10年间吉林省碳排放量总体呈波动上升趋势;②吉林省60个县域单元在碳排放空间分布上存在显著集聚,形成以长春市为中心向外围扩散的核心-边缘结构;③吉林省60个县域碳排放关联度呈波动式下降,发出的渠道减少.④吉林省县域碳排放整体网络联系并不紧密,同时各县域在网络中的地位越发不平等.
Under the Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals policy proposed by the Chinese government,it is of great significance to mastering the spatio-temporal pattern and spatial correlation network characteristics of county-level carbon emissions,which could promote carbon reduction,low-carbon transformation,and formulating regulatory policies for local governments efficiently.In the previous studies,scholars have focused on national or provincial scales,while small-scale studies were ignored.Therefore,60 counties in Jilin Province were taken as representative region for small-scale,we estimated the carbon emissions of these counties from 2013 to 2022 using NPP-VIIRS nighttime light data.The social network analysis method was used to explore the spatio-temporal evolution and spatial correlation network characteristics of carbon emissions in these counties.The results show that:①Over the past decade,the overall carbon emissions have shown a fluctuating upward trend in county-level of Jilin Province;②60 county-level units exhibit significant clustering in the spatial distribution of carbon emissions,forming a core-edge structure with Changchun City as the center and spreading outward in Jilin Province;③The correlation degree of carbon emissions in the 60 counties shows a fluctuating decrease,with a decrease in the channels of emission;④The overall network of carbon emissions is not closely connected in these counties of Jilin Province,and the status of each county in the network is becoming increasingly unequal.
