敦煌西湖自然保护区植物多样性对土壤因子变化的影响实验分析

摘要 荒漠绿洲过渡带的土壤因子、植被之间存在一定的关联,而正确把握二者间的关系,是促进自然保护区植物多样化发展、优化植物生长格局的关键。为此,文章以敦煌西湖自然保护区为例,在保护区内的不同区域选取了六个实验样点,依次探讨了植物种类多样性、植物总量丰富度与土壤各项因子之间的关联。分析发现,土壤因子会对自然保护区植物多样性、植物格局产生约束,因而,改善土壤质地是自然保护区植被保护的有效手段。 In the oasis ecosystem,the desert oasis transition zone plays an important role in stabilizing the oasis.There is a certain correlation between soil factors and vegetation,and correctly grasping the rela tionship between the two is the key to promoting the diversified development of plants in nature reserves and optimizing plant growth patterns.Therefore,the article takes the Dunhuang West Lake Nature Reserve as an example and selects six experimental sites in different areas of the reserve to explore the correlation between plant species diversity,total plant richness,and various soil factors in sequence.Analysis has found that soil factors can constrain plant diversity and pattern in nature reserves.Therefore,improving soil texture is an ef fective means of vegetation protection in nature reserves.
