摘要
本文介绍无线智能监测技术在南昌市某房建工程高支模系统的应用情况,分析模板沉降、水平位移、立杆倾斜率和支撑轴力等在混凝土浇筑过程中的变化特征。通过对高大模板支撑系统的模板沉降、支架变形和立杆轴力的实时监测,可以实现实时监测、超限预警、危险报警的监测目标。采用高精度传感器和自动采集仪,快速读取最新数据。除了能感知高支模外围情况,传感器的使用可方便监测支模体系的变化,提高监控水平。
This paper introduces the application of wireless intelligent monitoring technology in the high formwork system of a house construction project in Nanchang city,and analyzes the change characteristics of formwork settlement,horizontal displacement,vertical rod tilt rate and supporting shaft force in the process of concrete pouring.Through the real-time monitoring of formwork settlement,bracket deformation and vertical shaft force of the tall formwork support system,the monitoring objectives of real-time monitoring,over-limit early warning and danger alarm can be realized.High-precision sensor and automatic acquisition instrument are used to quickly read the latest data.In addition to sensing the peripheral situation of the high support mode,the use of sensors can easily monitor the changes of the support mode system and improve the monitoring level.
