自动化监测系统在地铁隧道保护中的应用

摘要 地铁临近施工可能会对地铁隧道的稳定性和安全性造成影响,自动化监测相对于人工监测具有更高的实时性、精度和效率,能够节约人力资源,提供长时间稳定的监测,并具备预警功能,有助于及时发现问题并采取相应的措施,从而保障隧道结构的安全运行。本文结合实际工程案例,利用自动化监测系统,通过监测隧道内道床沉降、水平位移、管片收敛和两轨高差等内容,研究地铁临近施工对地铁隧道变形产生的影响,结果表明:道床沉降累计值变化范围为-18.9 mm~-0.1 mm;水平位移累计值范围为-1.2 mm~11.8 mm;管片收敛累计值范围为-2.3 mm~6.1 mm;两轨高差累计值范围为-1.7 mm~1.6 mm,可以得知,基坑施工期间对道床沉降、水平位移、管片收敛影响较大,工后道床沉降累计值持续增加,水平位移累计值、管片收敛累计值趋于稳定,整体而言,两轨高差累计值受施工影响较小,但仍需进行定期监测以确保地铁的稳定运行。 Nearby construction may affect the stability and safety of the subway tunnel.Automatic monitoring,compared to manual monitoring,offers higher real-time precision and efficiency,conserves manpower,provides long-term stable monitoring,and includes warning functions,helping to promptly detect issues and take corresponding measures to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel structure.This paper,based on actual engineering cases,utilizes an automatic deformation monitoring system to study the impact of nearby construction on subway tunnel deformation through monitoring track bed settlement,horizontal displacement,tunnel segment convergence,and vertical offset between tracks.The results indicate:the cumulative range of track bed settlement varies from-18.9 mm to-0.1 mm;cumulative horizontal displacement ranges from-1.2mm to 11.8 mm;cumulative tunnel segment convergence ranges from-2.3 mm to 6.1 mm;and cumulative vertical offset between tracks ranges from-1.7 mm to 1.6 mm.The construction period of the foundation pit has a significant impact on the settlement of the roadbed,horizontal displacement,and convergence of the pipe segments;The accumulated value of roadbed settlement continues to increase after construction,and the accumulated value of horizontal displacement and segment convergence tends to stabilize;Overall,the cumulative height difference between the two tracks is less affected by construction.
