电动车窗的机电传动设计

摘要 本文介绍了电动车窗的功能,解析了车窗的电路原理,进行了车窗开闭的电路设计,展现了电动车窗的结构,理清了机电传动原理,分析了齿扇结构、绳轮结构、交叉臂结构和软轴结构的设计。车窗电机实现电动的动力输出,涡轮蜗杆机构实现了单向锁止功能,车窗电动机的传感器实现了车窗防夹功能,车窗传动机构实现了玻璃的直线运动。本文为车窗检修提供解决办法,有利于工程师面对车窗出现故障,需要检修的时候,有清晰的处理思路,有快速的现场处理方法,有利于车窗设计和检修工作。 This article introduces the functions of electric windows,analyzes the circuit principle of windows,designs the circuit for opening and closing windows,demonstrates the structure of electric windows,clarifies the principles of electromechanical transmission,and analyzes the design of toothed fan structure,rope wheel structure,cross arm structure,and soft shaft structure.The window motor achieves electric power output,the turbo worm mechanism achieves one-way locking function,the sensor of the window motor realizes window anti pinch function,and the window transmission mechanism realizes linear movement of the glass.This article provides a solution for car window maintenance,which is beneficial for engineers to have a clear handling approach and fast on-site handling methods when encountering car window malfunctions that require maintenance.It is also beneficial for the design and maintenance of car windows.
