摘要
“新文科”建设背景下,强调“医学+人文”复合型人才培养,是推动中医药人才知识复合、学科融合、实践能力综合的重要举措。复合型中医药拔尖创新人才既要有较为宽广的学科知识面,又具有较强的人文知识和素养,形成精通本学科的“专、精、深”的医学学科素养,以更好地完成临床医疗实践专业化的工作。本文围绕复合型中医药拔尖创新人才素养的内涵、演进进行了深入探讨,分析了复合型中医药拔尖创新人才综合素养培养的现状和不足,并提出了可行性路径,旨在为中医药领域的人才培养提供借鉴和思考,以推动我国中医药事业的发展。
Under the background of the construction of"new liberal arts",the emphasis on the cultivation of"medicine+humanities"composite talents is an important measure to promote the knowledge composite,discipline integration,and practical ability synthesis of Traditional Chinese medicine talents.To better complete the work of the specialization of clinical medical practice,Top Multi-disciplinary Innovative Talents of TCM should not only have broader subject knowledge but also have strong humanities knowledge and literacy,to form a proficiency in the discipline of"specialty,precision,depth"of the medical disciplines.This paper discusses the connotation and evolution of the Literacy of Top Multi-disciplinary Innovative Talents of TCM,analyzes the status quo and shortcomings of the talents'comprehensive literacy cultivation,and proposes feasible paths,aiming at providing reference and reflection for the cultivation of talents in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,to promote the development of the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in China.
