基于OBE理念下高校体育“学导双行”教学模式的构建研究

摘要 大学体育肩负着促进青年全面发展、落实立德树人的重要使命。本研究采用文献法,逻辑分析等方法,以OBE(Outcome-Based Education)理念为逻辑起点,从学生学习和发展、动机与参与、品德与能力、结果与产出内涵基础上,提出“一中心,双赋能,四路径”的高校体育“学导双行”教学模式,构建学生自主学习、主动锻炼、优化指导与多维评价的实施路径,以期为高校体育课程学习目标设计、优化师生双向学习、评价学习结果产出提供体育教学模式的研究思路与方法。 College physical education bear the important mission of promoting the comprehensive development of young people and implementing the goal of cultivating students with moral integrity.This study adopts literature review method and logical analysis method,taking the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept as the logical starting point.Based on the discussion of student learning and development,motivation and participation,character and abilities,and the implications of results and outcomes,it proposes a"one center,dual empowerment,four pathways"teaching model for university physical education,emphasizing the integration of learning and guidance.It also proposes implementation pathways from the perspectives of student autonomous learning,active exercise,optimizing guidance,and multidimensional evaluation,aiming to provide reference for the design of learning objectives in college physical education courses,optimize bidirectional learning between teachers and students,and evaluate learning outcomes.
