PBL教学模式在肿瘤学教学中的应用实践与思考

摘要 肿瘤学中涉及的内容包含了各科目的相关知识,在课堂学习中,难免出现知识零散、重复等情况,缺乏系统性,无法对肿瘤学有更完整的理解。传统的讲授法是目前肿瘤教学中教学常用的教学方法,但是容易忽视学生学习过程的主动性,有时较难完成相应的学习目标。基于问题的学习方法(PBL)是目前一些医学院校中尝试使用的新型教学方法,受到教学工作者及学生的青睐及好评。与传统教学方法相比,PBL更能调动学生的积极性及主动学习的兴趣,可以开拓学生的创新思维及逻辑性。PBL教学模式在国内肿瘤学中已经得到广泛应用,且PBL教学法在肿瘤各科目的教学中均收获了良好的教学效果,但如何能更好地发挥PBL教学模式的优势仍在探索中。 Oncology encompasses knowledge from various disciplines.It is inevitable to encounter scattered and repetitive knowledge,lacking systematicity,which hinders a comprehensive understanding of oncology during learning.Lecture based learning is a commonly used teaching method in current oncology education;however,it tends to overlook students'initiative in the learning process and may sometimes struggle to achieve corresponding learning objectives.Problem based Learning(PBL)is a new teaching approach being experimented with in some medical schools.It has gained favor and positive feedback from both educators and students.Compared to lecture based learning,PBL is more effective in mobilizing students'enthusiasm and interest in active learning,fostering innovative thinking,and logical reasoning.The PBL teaching model has been widely applied in oncology education in China,showing favorable teaching outcomes across various oncology disciplines.However,the application of how to fully leverage the advantages of the PBL teaching model is still in exploring.
