项目教学对高职学生创新能力培养的实践探索

摘要 从创新能力的基本内涵及研究现状出发,结合高职学生个人特点、成长环境,分析了影响创新能力培养的主要因素,从学校层面和教师层面提出了提高学生创新能力的基本策略。结合教学实践,提出了在专业人才培养方案中系统引入项目教学法,按照学生的认知规律,以项目为载体提升学生的创新能力。 Starting from the basic connotation and research status of innovation ability,this article analyzes the main factors affecting the cultivation of innovation ability from the perspectives of individual vocational college students and their growth environment,and proposes basic strategies to improve students' innovation ability at the school and teacher levels.Based on teaching practice,it is proposed to systematically introduce project-based teaching method into professional talent training programs,and to enhance students' innovation ability through projects according to their cognitive laws.
