摘要
高内涵分析技术结合自动化显微镜和定量图像分析,以可视化的方式对体外模型进行多参数分析,具有高通量、高效、快速、多靶标的优点,现已被应用于体外毒理学研究领域。食品毒理学作为毒理学分支,在保障食品安全和人类生命健康方面起到重要作用。传统实验已难以满足当前急剧增长的食品中风险物质安全评价的需求,高内涵分析技术为其提供了精准、高效的技术手段。本文回顾了近年来高内涵分析技术在食品毒理学领域的应用,以期为食品安全评估方法及技术创新提供参考。
High content analysis combines automated microscopy and quantitative image analysis to visualize in vitro models for multi-parameter analysis,which has the advantages of high efficiency,rapidity and multi-targeting,and it has been applied in the field of in vitro toxicology research.Food toxicology,as a branch of toxicology,plays an important role in safeguarding food safety and human health.Traditional experiments can hardly meet the current rapidly increasing demand for safety evaluation of various food-related risk substances,for which high content analysis provides an efficient technical approach.Recent applications of high content analysis in the field of food toxicology would be reviewed in this article,in order to provide reference for food safety assessment methods and technological innovation.
