高纯超细氧化铝陶瓷粉体的湿法研磨及烧结性能研究

摘要 高纯超细、高烧结活性的氧化铝陶瓷粉体制造技术是我国先进陶瓷产业发展的主要瓶颈。为了研究上述高纯低温易烧结氧化铝陶瓷粉体,采用湿法研磨的方法,制备粒径小、分布窄的高纯氧化铝陶瓷粉体,利用激光粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜和万能材料试验机等手段进行表征,以探讨湿法研磨分散工艺条件和粉体烧结性能。结果表明,在基础比例下,研磨后的粉体粒径小且分布窄,中位粒径D50为0.435μm,D90/D10为5.2。该高纯超细粉体在1550℃下,烧成密度为3.925 g·cm^(–3),三点弯曲强度为471 MPa,烧结后的力学性能最佳。 The manufacturing technology of alumina ceramic powder with high purity,superfine and high sintering activity is the main bottleneck in the development of advanced ceramic industry in China.In order to study the above-mentioned high-purity and low-temperature easy-to-sinter alumina ceramic powder,high-purity alumina ceramic powder with small particle size and narrow distribution was prepared by wet grinding,and characterized by laser particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope and universal material testing machine,so as to explore the dispersion process conditions and sintering properties of the powder.The results show that the particle size of the ground powder is small and its distribution is narrow under the basic proportion.The median particle size D50 is 0.435μm,D90/D10 is 5.2.The sintered density of the high-purity ultrafine powder is 3.925 g·cm–3 at 1550℃,and the three-point bending strength is 471 MPa.The mechanical properties after sintering are the best.
