摘要
以钠长石、钾长石、烧滑石、高岭土、石英、石灰石和碳酸钡为主要原料,以氧化铁、氧化铬、氧化钴和氧化镍为着色剂,以硅氧碳(SiOC)为发泡剂兼着色剂,在烧成温度1310℃、保温时间30 min下制备蜂窝状蓝黑发泡艺术釉。主要研究了SiOC、CoO和Fe_(2)O_(3)添加量对釉面颜色和发泡效果的影响规律。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对釉层物相组成和微观结构进行表征。结果表明:当基础釉中外加SiOC 0.45%~0.75%、CoO 6.5%~8.5%、Fe_(2)O_(3)1.7%~2.7%、Cr_(2)O_(3)2.2%和NiO 0.4%时,可以获得釉面呈蜂窝状蓝黑色艺术釉。
Honeycomb-like blue-black foaming art glaze was prepared at 1310℃for 30 min using sodium feldspar,potassium feldspar,calcined talc,Kaolin,quartz,limestone and barium carbonate as the main raw materials;using Fe_(2)O_(3),Cr2O3,CoO and NiO as colorants,using SiOC as a forming agent and colorant.The effect of adding contents of SiOC,CoO and Fe_(2)O_(3)on foaming effect and glaze color were studied,and phase composition and microstructure of the glaze were also characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The results show that a honeycomb-like blue-black foaming art glaze with good effect can be obtained when SiOC 0.45%~0.75%,CoO 6.5%~8.5%,Fe_(2)O_(3)1.7%~2.7%,Cr_(2)O_(3)2.2%and NiO 0.4%are added to the basic glaze formula.
