基于相图理论分析釉的组成与性状的关系

摘要 以CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)三元相图为基础,在SiO_(2)、CaO·SiO_(2)、CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2)三角形区域中的四个析晶区对应配制四种釉料:透明釉、结晶釉、乳浊釉和无光釉。通过四种釉料烧成制品的外观观察和性状分析,对相图四个析晶区域展开分析和讨论,从而揭示了各种釉料的化学组成与性状的关系,以及釉料之间的变化规律。 Based on the CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)ternary phase diagram,four glazes,namely transparent glaze,crystalline glaze,emulsion glaze and matte glaze,are prepared in the four crystallization regions in the triangular region of SiO_(2),CaO·SiO_(2),CaO·Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2)respectively.Through the observation and analysis of the final product of the glazes and the analysis and discussions on the four crystallization regions of the phase diagram,it has revealed the relationship between the chemical composition and properties of each glaze type and the change law between each glaze types.
