职前体育教师核心素养评价指标体系的构建及实证分析

摘要 体育作为落实立德树人根本任务的一部分不可或缺,高等院校体育教育专业承载着体育教师培养的重任,高质量教师是高质量教育发展的中坚力量,培养高质量发展、高水平自立自强的职前体育教师是高质量教育体系构建的关键环节。采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、数理统计等研究方法构建职前体育教师核心素养评价指标体系,评价指标体系包含:师德师风素养、专业素养、教学素养、育人素养、自主发展素养5个一级指标、15个二级指标、47个三级指标;运用层次分析法(AHP)计算出评价指标体系各层级指标的权重系数,并完成权重赋值;运用模糊综合评价法进行评价指标体系的实证分析。以期回答和解决应“如何评、怎么评、如何培养”职前体育教师的根本性问题,促进体育学科核心素养落实,为培养高素质、专业化、创新型的体育教师队伍奠定基础。 Physical education is indispensable as part of the implementation of the fundamental task of Cultivating morelity and Cultivating people.The physical education majors of colleges and universities carry the heavy responsibility of training physical education teachers.High-quality teachers are the backbone of the development of high-quality education,and cultivating pre-vocational education teachers with high-quality development and high-level self-reliance is a key link in the construction of a high-quality education system.Using literature method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and other methods to build a core literacy evaluation index system for pre-service physical education teachers.The evaluation index system includes:5 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 47 third-level indicators of teacher ethics and teacher style literacy,professional discipline literacy,teaching literacy,education literacy,and independent development literacy;Use the hierarchical analysis method(AHP)to calculate the weight coefficient of each level of the evaluation index system and complete the weight assignment;use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the empirical application of the evaluation index system.In order to answer and solve the fundamental question of"how to evaluate,how to evaluate,and how to train"pre-service physical education teachers,promote the implementation of the core literacy of physical education disciplines,lay the foundation for the training of high-quality,professional and innovative physical education teachers.
