摘要
以花叶丁香优良单株春季萌发的带芽茎段为外植体,通过设置基本培养基类型,细胞分裂素(6BA)、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)不同浓度,开展最佳诱导培养基、芽增殖培养基和无菌苗生根培养基的筛选试验。结果表明:最佳诱导培养基为MS+6BA2.0 mg/L;最佳芽增殖培养基为MS+6BA3.0 mg/L+IBA0.5 mg/L;无菌苗最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L。
Taking the stem segments with buds germinated in spring of Syringa persica as explants,by setting the basic medium types and different concentrations of cytokinin(6BA),indolebutyric acid(IBA)and a-naphthylacetic acid(NAA),the screening experiments of the best induction medium,bud proliferation medium and aseptic seedling rooting medium were carried out.The results showed that the best induction medium was MS+6BA 2.0 mg/L;The optimum medium for bud proliferation was MS+6BA 3.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L;The best rooting medium for aseptic seedlings was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.
