Influencing Factors and Countermeasures Reflections of Citizens’Modern Philanthropy Outlook—Taking Wenzhou as an Example

慈善观是人们对于慈善本身的认知和态度的总和,是慈善活动得以展开的价值支撑和动力源泉。但是,目前大多数人对于慈善的认识不足。调查发现影响公民科学慈善观塑造的主要因素包括家庭环境、工作环境和社会环境。因此,必须发挥学校、家庭、企业、政府等的职能,构建新形势下以现代慈善观为内容、以慈善活动为载体,创新社会主义核心价值观培育和践行的长效机制。

Philanthropy outlook is the sum of people’s perceptions and attitudes towards philanthropy itself,which is the value support and source of motivation for charitable activities.However,most people do not have enough awareness about philanthropy.Researches show that family environment,work environment,and social environment are the main factors influencing citizens’scientific philanthropy outlook.As such,it is necessary to leverage the functions of schools,families,enterprises and the governments to build a long-term mechanism for the cultivation and practice of innovative socialist core values marked by the modern philanthropy outlook and formed by the charitable activities in the new environment.
