数据要素配置、新质生产力与区域绿色创新绩效

Data Factor Allocation,New Quality Productivity and Regional Green Innovation Performance

文章基于2013—2022年我国30个省份的面板数据,使用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型及门槛效应模型,对数据要素配置、新质生产力与区域绿色创新绩效之间的关系展开研究。研究结果显示,数据要素配置对区域绿色创新绩效存在显著的促进作用,且经过一系列稳健性检验后,该结论仍然成立。异质性检验结果显示,与中部、西部、北方、经济发展水平低、非资源型及环境规制力度弱地区相比,东部、南方、经济发展水平高、资源型及环境规制力度强地区数据要素配置对区域绿色创新绩效的赋能作用更强。中介效应检验结果显示,数据要素配置能够通过提高新质生产力水平推动区域绿色创新绩效提升。门槛效应检验结果显示,随着新质生产力水平的提升,数据要素配置对区域绿色创新绩效的赋能作用逐渐增强。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper studies the relationship between data factor allocation,new quality productivity and regional green innovation performance by using two-way fixed effect model,intermediary effect model and threshold effect model.The results show that data factor allocation has a significant promoting effect on regional green innovation performance,and that after a series of robustness tests,this conclusion still holds.The results of heterogeneity test show that compared with the data factor allocation of the central and western regions,the northern regions,the regions with lower economic development level,the non-resource-based regions and the regions with weak environmental regulations,that of the eastern and southern regions,the regions with higher economic development level,the resource-based regions and the regions with strong environmental regulations has a stronger enabling effect on regional green innovation performance.The results of mediation effect show that data factor allocation can promote regional green innovation performance by improving the level of new quality productivity.The threshold effect test results show that with the improvement of the level of new quality productivity,the enabling effect of data factor allocation on regional green innovation performance is gradually enhanced.
