New Quality Productivity,Labor Employment Quality and Common Prosperity

新质生产力具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征,能够推动经济增长质量和效率提升,是实现共同富裕的重要驱动力。文章采用2013—2022年中国30个省份的面板数据,构建基准回归模型、中介效应模型考察新质生产力对共同富裕的影响及作用机制。研究结果表明:新质生产力能够显著推动共同富裕,在经过内生性检验和一系列稳健性检验后该结论仍然成立。作用机制检验结果表明,新质生产力可通过提升劳动力就业质量间接赋能共同富裕。异质性检验结果显示,在地形区Ⅰ和数字经济发达地区,新质生产力对共同富裕的促进作用更强。

The new quality productivity,characterized by high technology,high efficiency and high quality,can improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth,and is an important driving force for achieving common prosperity.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022,this paper constructs baseline regression model and intermediary effect model to investigate the influence of new quality productivity on common prosperity and its mechanism.The research results show that the new quality productivity can significantly promote the common prosperity,and that this conclusion is still valid after the endogeneity and a series of robustness tests.The impact mechanism test results show that the new quality productivity can indirectly enable common prosperity by improving the quality of labor employment.Heterogeneity test results show that in topographic region I and regions with developed digital economy,the new quality productivity has a stronger role in promoting common prosperity.
