以基层党组织引领乡村振兴为主题,从政治领导、经济引领、思想引领和监督执行四个方面进行路径探索。在政治领导能力提升方面,强调增强对村委会和乡村社会组织的政治领导,发挥基层党建优势。在经济引领能力提升方面,强调要素协调和领导升级,促进乡村经济发展。在思想引领能力提升方面,强调弘扬社会主义核心价值观和传承中华优秀传统文化,培育乡村文化。在监督执行能力提升方面,强调严格落实民主集中制,健全监督考核、激励关怀和资源保障机制。旨在为基层党组织在乡村振兴中的角色发挥提供理论支持和实践指导。

With the theme of rural revitalization led by grassroots party organizations,the path is explored from three aspects:economy,politics and supervision and implementation.In terms of improving the ability of economic leadership,we emphasize the coordination of factors and the upgrading of leadership to promote the development of the collective economy.In terms of improving political leadership,it is emphasized to strengthen the political leadership of village committees and rural social organizations,and give full play to the advantages of grassroots party building.In terms of strengthening the ability to supervise and enforce,it emphasizes the strict implementation of democratic centralism,and improves the supervision and evaluation,incentive and care,and resource guarantee mechanisms.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the role of grassroots party organizations in rural revitalization.
